• First, download and install video downloader for Instagram from Google Play Store.

• After the installation, open your Instagram app and search for the photo or video you want to download.

Note: The video/photo must be public (e.g., not from a private account) and it must be a post, not a story.

• Copy the link of the photo/video you selected by tapping on the 3 dots icon at the top right and select Copy Link.

Note: If you can't find the "Copy Link" option, you could select Share Link and then tap Copy to Clipboard. If you can't find both of these options, then the photo/video cannot downloaded.

• Now open the Video downloader app and paste the link at the bar on the top.
