How to save web pages for offline viewing

Step 1
Activate your data connection and open the Opera Mini browser app.

Visit various websites and browse their pages.

When you find a page you would like to save to read later offline, tap the three vertical dots at the top right of the browser. A drop down menu with various options will appear.

How to view web pages offline
 
To view the various pages you saved, head to the bottom of the Opera Mini browser and hit on the Opera icon at the far right. A menu will appear and you will find the offline pages option. When you click it, a page will appear with all the web pages you saved. Select any of the ones you want to view and it will open like any regular web page. Now you can sit back and view your page.
