How to recover lost files using MobiSaver for Android

Note: Before you get started with the Android data recovery, or better, immediately after you lose your files, please stop whatever you are doing on your phone or tablet as it may affect the chances of getting your missing data back.
Installation and Setup

Download MobiSaver from the official website on your desktop PC.

Run the MobiSaver setup file you downloaded to install on your PC.
Step 3
Click ‘Next’ and then accept the ‘Terms and condition’ after reading it.
Step 4
Click on the ‘Install’ button for the installation to begin.
Step 5
After the installation is finished, restart your computer and then launch the MobiSaver.
Connecting Phone to PC

Now connect your Android device to the PC via USB and click on the blue ‘Start’ button that appears. Wait for your phone to be recognized by the MobiSaver program.

You may need to enable 'USB Debugging' on your phone. Go to Setting > Developer Options > USB debugging. When you tap on the button, you will get a confirmation dialog. Tap ‘OK’ to enable the USB debugging.
Scan and Preview

When your device is recognized, click on "Scan" for the program to check your device and analyze all your missing files.
Note: Before scanning your Android device, please make sure that your battery life is about half full, not less than 20%.

After the program has finished scanning your device, you now get a preview of the recovery. All your photos, videos, music, SMS, documents etc. will be recovered and displayed for you to view. Choose specific files you would like to preview.
Recovery and Restoration

Finally, select the files you want to restore and the destination folder you want to save them on. It is advisable that the recovered files should be transferred to a folder on your PC, and not your Android device until you've gotten all your lost files back again for fear that some recovered data may get overwritten and cannot be recovered again. You can still later transfer the files to your smartphone.
Note: To perform a full recovery, you need root your device. And please do keep in mind that with the trial version of the software you can only view the recovered files. To restore them, you need full version of the software.
