Google Will Be Including Video Ads On Play Store


Google just announced that in the next few months it will be rolling out video ads in the Play Store.

Ads are not particularly exciting to a lot of people due to their annoying interference when one is browsing online. Google however intends to limit that problem with the video ad plan.

For example, the videos will not autoplay as you scroll through the Play Store. Instead you will have to click on the ads to play the videos,which is why Google terms it as “click-to-play video ads”.

Moreover, the video ads will clearly be labeled as ads for you to recognize them. You can decide yourself if you want the ads to run or not.

Google have been working on improving Play Store, and video ads is not the only change we can expect from it. For instance, plan is already underway to bring a way for Android users to try games before downloading them. The plan will be called Google Play Instant. That will be mighty cool for every game fans.
