Google have now released their parental control feature, Family Link, to the public. Previously, this Play Store's feature is only available by invite but now everyone can have access to it.

Family Link is a useful tool that helps parents to monitor their kids’ digital lives. With this handy tool, parents can set digital ground rules to enable them keep an eye on their kids’ device activity and the time spent on specific apps. They can even remotely lock their kids' devices when they want them to finish their homework or chores, or get them to sleep during bedtimes.
